GIESCHEN, ARLIN A.

Arlin A. Gieschen, 73 of North Fond du Lac, WI and Fox Lake, Illinois, passed away May 29, 2016, in the arms of his beloved wife and best friend Bobbi Gieschen (nee Sherman), following a long illness. Devoted father of Kenneth Gieschen (Nicole Suchomel), the late Steven Gieschen, Seth (Pamela) Sherman and Jason (Lori) Sherman. Loving and Devoted POP POP/Grandfather of Joshua, Sophia and Dakota. Josh was Arlin’s Buckaroo. Brother of Joyce (Richard) Betti, Lorna Heller and the late Delmar; brother in law of Elaine Geischen. Son of the late Siguard & Eena Gieschen. Proud serviceman for 17 years of Wisconsin Army National Guard, a devoted family man, a fisherman, boater and camper. Arlin devoted his life to his sons, giving them wise advice, sharing his great sense of humor , and undertaking his interfaith marriage to Bobbi as she is a Chicago Bears Fan and Arlin, of course a Packer Backer. Arlin can be remembered and carried in your hearts as having a quick wit and a steady personality, endearing qualities to all who knew him.
