Shirley D. Raymond, formerly Shirley Keidan, nee DeMar, age 87, beloved wife of the late Howard Raymond, cherished mother of Robert (Clemy) Keidan, Judith (Andy) Vass, Martin and Paul Keidan, dear mother-in-law of Faith Keidan, loving grandmother of Nicole, Mitchell, Joshua, Kathleen, Danielle, and Rebecca Keidan, and Rachel Vass, dear sister of the late David (survived by Edith) DeMar, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Co-founder of Added Incentives. Shirley devoted her life to philanthropic causes: President of West Suburban Hadassah; founder of Oak Park Hadassah House; redesigned and managed the Lieberman gift shop; she tutored inner-city students; composed songs for and directed plays for charity. Memorial services Monday 10:30 am at Congregation Am Shalom, 840 Vernon Ave., Glencoe. Contributions in Shirley’s name to the Shirley Raymond Fund at Hadassah would be appreciated.
