Phillip M. Lazik, age 75, beloved husband of Judith, nee Handel, cherished father of Richard Lazik and Marc (Jennifer) Lazik, loving grandfather of Audrey (Philip) Lamborn, Lauren Lazik, Evan Lazik and Noah Lazik, dear brother of Harriet (the late Philip) Ross and Nancy (the late Kirk) Zelinske, fond brother-in-law of Charles (Shari) Handel and Jerome (Libby) Handel, dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Graveside services Friday 10:30 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery, Beth Olam Section, 9900 Gross Point Rd., Skokie.
