Paula

I first met Paula when my brother Stan was dating her in Albany, NY. I was only about ten years old when Stan took me to the apartment Paula shared with other girls on Lark Street. The picture I selected has my parents, Paula, and I together right around the time Paula and Stan were engaged, I believe. Since that time Paula was an important part of my life and the life of our family. We went through joyous times and sad times together. She was not only my brother's wife, she was my sister. Paula kept me close to her always. She was a generous, caring, fun loving, sister, mother, wife, and grandmother. I will miss our phone conversations, visits, and that laugh that I loved hearing. To my brother, my nieces, and their families I send my love and hope that you will find peace in knowing Paula lived a full, long life. Now, she leaves an empty space in our family in and in my heart.
