Schachter, age 80, of Pembroke Pines, FL, formerly of Chicago, former owner of Schachter’s Baking Co. and Jeff’s Laugh Inn, husband of Ana, nee Gutierrez, father (by an earlier marriage) of Fran (Jim) Lucari and Betsy (David) Kipnis, grandfather of Eric, Brandon, Alana and Alex, brother of Beth Elpern (the late Ed) Burrows, step-father of Nurlas and Nilda Gutierrez, son of the late Abraham and Resea. Funeral services Monday, October 22nd, 11 AM at Westlawn Cemetery’s Chapel, 7801 W. Montrose, Norridge. Interment to follow.
