Beatrice D. Fowler beloved wife of the late Calvin Fowler. Loving mother of Howard Z. (Wendy) Davis, M.D. and Deborah L. (Allen Le Blanc) Kronenberger and the late Sara Khalsa. Devoted grandmother of Ethan (Patty), Jocelyn, Amrit, Eliza, Samuel Mack, and the late Leah. Adored great grandmother of Adam and Leanna. Dear sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Bea started her career with the Brevard County school board by leading the campaign against the $350 million school boards bond issue in 1990. In 1998 she was elected to the board and served until 2006. Bea was a correspondent for Florida Today newspaper upon her graduation from USF in 1991.Subsequently she taught Jewish and Ancient history to adult education classes. Before coming to Florida in 1982 she founded Bea Davis Travel in Philadelphia. She married Calvin Fowler , a space pioneer and they moved to Florida. Bea Co-Authored "Exposing the Public Education System in 2011.
