Condolence: Dear Susan and Family, I am sorry for your loss. I was fortunate enough to be David's friend for the past 11 years. I will miss meeting him for lunch in the Pittsfield building and on every Thursday. He will be remembered every Thursday by a close group of people who he treated like family. He was loved by many and touched so many with his love and gratitude of life. He was a contagious force of the power of example that I will forever remember. Thank You David
