Condolences

Condolence From: Arnold DeWalt
Condolence: Uncle Bernie as some of us knew him always had a kind word for those around him. He was a man of peace and hope. One of my fondest memory's of Uncle Bernie was when we lived with him and his wife Selma. He would often take my older brother and I for a walk the day after the sabbath. On the way home the path often went through an ice cream shop where we would get a chocolate sundae. I don't think anyone other than the three of us knew about the ice cream detours. This is but one example of the many kindnesses shown by him to many over the years. Small in stature he was a gentle giant with his inner strength, years of wisdom and wit. The world is a sadder place without him. He is dearly remembered and missed.
