Dear Hank and Family,
I was shocked to red in the Trib today of Lettie;s passing and want to extend to you and your family my deepest sympathy. Unfortunately I can't attend the funeral as I am on dialysis that day. I am now permanently living in the Chicago area at the Gidwitz Assisted Living Facility in Deerfield due to health problems beginning last March. I will cherish the memories of the good times we had together. May you be comforted among the mourners in Zion and Jerusalem.

Whether it was her smile, style, or beguile, Letty lit up the room whenever she entered. She had the singular knack of saying and doing the good and generous thing precisely at the best time. Although we knew her much too briefly at the Cascades community in Boynton Beach, FL, she and Hank quickly became our good buds. We'll miss the zest and tastiness of her food, her quick wit and
her sweet demeanor. We send our condolences to Hank and the family and send off our dear friend with wishes for an eternity of love and peacefulness. Rest in peace Letty.
