Condolence: It was a pleasure to work with Marcy. She was generously shared her classroom with me. She told wonderful stories and could always make me laugh. I will miss her terribly this fall. I cannot believe that she is gone.

Condolence: Where do I start?

For one, I'm still a bit in a state of misbelief or is it shock? I know it's been about 2 weeks since this tragedy, but it's still taking me time to digest. I can't imagine how you're coping with this. Although, when I think about it, you're a very strong person. One of the strongest, if not the strongest, and most stable (it's true) people I've ever met.

Your mom's now in a place where she no longer has to deal with the pain & uncertainty that was going on. She's in a better place now. I'm truly sorry for the loss, and God bless.

Condolence: Dear Jay,

I am at a loss for adequate words to express my sadness for you. I never had the opportunity of knowing your mom but I know heaven just received one of the most special angels. You are a reflection of your mom in the way your treat people with respect and empathy. Not to mention the way you make each person feel loved. I am so sorry for your loss.

Condolence: I had the pleasure of teaching and working with Marcie for several years at LBMS. We shared a great love of reading and I loved having someone get as excited as I did when they found a great book to read.:) She was a gifted educator and brought much talent and excitement to her classroom and her students. I will be thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers during this time of loss.

Condolence: To the family: Look to the hills which comes all of your help for your help comes from the lord. I am the custodian at the Middle school who takes care of the staff and children. THIS WAS MY SISTER!! MY FRIEND! Marcy always had a smile for me when ever she seen me and I did for her as well. We've many times have prayed together and laughed together. I have shared my families lives with her because she was one I could trust and count on to give a kind word. The most important thing I love about her was that Marcy had a BIG HEART! Also, she was REAL!!! not fake and down to earth..... I am thankful that I've told her these very things that I'm sharing with now. Condolence: Marcy was a gifted educator who expected the best from her students. She not only instilled the love of learning, but taught the life skills of creative and critical thinking. Our son loved her sense of humor she shared throughout her classes. She was a wonderful giving person and our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

I feel so honored to have been a part of Marcie's life. She was a wonderful friend and teacher who had much to offer to her students and colleagues. She was one of the strongest, most intelligent, creative women I have known. She loved you both so very much and never tired of talking about you. Marcie was your advocate, your partner and your inspiration to be the best you could be. I think of all the good times she and I shared, hunting for old books and antiques, our Geneva trips together, all the lunches and dinners, the "girl talk"..... Condolence: Marcy had both of my sons in her classes. She was such a warm compassionate educator. I saw her many times throughout the years she always had a beautiful smile and a loving hug. I will soo miss this wonderful woman. She was truely a gift to all who knew her.
