We are NOT a funeral home-we are a funeral business! Shortly after we opened, one of our competitors built a funeral home in Skokie estimated to cost over eight-million dollars. With debt service, real estate taxes, utility bills and other expenses we estimate their monthly expenses could be $75,000 or more on this single facility. Families that call this, or other Chicago Jewish funeral homes with chapels, pay for this overhead even if the family doesn't have the service at the funeral home.

We also believe we save families significantly as we offer a full selection of lower priced caskets. We believe some of our competitors use marketing techniques of offering limited choices and unappealing colors and finishes on lower priced caskets so families will purchase a more expensive casket.
