Dorothy France Keppen, nee Chiren, age 86, beloved wife of the late Roy B. France and the late Roland Keppen; cherished mother of Nanette France, Beth (Ronald) Hobbs, Robert (Carol) France and Harry France, loving grandmother of Tiffany (Jake) Rickelman, Roy Hobbs, Nicole (Chris) Banakis, Ronald Hobbs, Ashley (Tony) Schiavone and Sara France (fiancée Josh Crow), and great-grandchildren Abigail, Brandon and Colton; dear sister of Nathan (Judith) Chiren and the late Foster (Loretta) Chiren. Stepmother to Barbara (James) Struck, Patricia (Matthew) Leners, Janet (William) Yates and JoAnn Allen.
