Condolence: Harold was a giant, an absolute GIANT in Illinois politics, constitutional reform, and labor law. I met him when I worked for the legislature in 1971-75. In recent years we lunched together and he shared stores with me. Illinois has lost one of gthe prime movers in making Illinois a better place to live. May his memory be for a blessing.
