My condolences to you and your family on Pat's passing. From my experiences with her at Gilbert Rayner, I knew her as a highly professional, driven and successful broker who was well-respected and liked by those she worked with at Rayner and in the community. I will always remember the competitiveness between her and Carmen Burgess Olson over who would be number one in the company.
It's been a long time since we've seen each other; I hope you are well and that you are comforted by many pleasant memories of Pat.
