Obituary for R. Terry Czerwinski
R. Terry Czerwinski PhD, age 76, passed away Monday at his home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband for 51 years of Diane, nee Jacobson. Cherished father of Laura Wood (Martina Ralle), Jeanie (Dale) Barrigar, Katherine Czerwinski, David Czerwinski (Maria Kamin), Jonathan Czerwinski and Springer Spaniel Bunny. Devoted grandfather of Elina, Tressa and Mila. Dear brother of Gene (Phyllis) Czerwinski, Carol (the late Peter) Kelley and Tom (Gale) Czerwinski. Professor Emeritus of Mathematics at the University of Illinois-Chicago. CEO of Scientific Bindery Productions. Funeral service Thursday 10AM at Church of St Mary, 175 E. Illinois Rd., Lake Forest. Interment Lake Forest Cemetery. Contributions in Terry’s name to the Les Turner ALS Foundation would be appreciated.
