A boy's take on Sally

The following comes from Mike Sylvan, a dear cousin:

Hi Steve,
Here is one of Mike's favorite stories about Sally. Can you post it on the web site?

It was a really enjoyable family dinner. My Uncle Marshall had brought a guest – his new girl friend Sally. I liked her at once. She was attentive to me, a 12-year-old boy, and she was friendly and fun. A few days later Marshall came over to our house in Chicago. I recall that we were all sitting around, and he asked each of us individually –“Well, should I marry her?”  When it was my turn, the answer was easy. “Yes," I said, "absolutely. Don’t waste any time – do it now.” He did and it was probably the best advice I ever gave.

Love, Judy and Mike
