Devoted brother of Howard (Ruthlynn) Shapiro. Fond uncle of Rebecca (Noah) Weininger, Justin Shapiro, and Tyler, Amber, and Parker Taitel. Dear brother-in-law of Terry (Darlene) Taitel. Loving son of the late Sam and Harriet Shapiro. Services Monday 1:30 PM at Lakeside Congregation, 1221 County Line Road, Highland Park. In lieu of flowers remembrances to Midwest Palliative and Hospice CareCenter, 2050 Claire Ct., Glenview, IL 60025.
