Sylvia B. Sapkin, nee Bennett, age 101. Beloved wife of the late Al; loving Mother of Mort (the late Donna), the late Marilyn (Stuart Letchinger); proud "Nana" to Richard (Shelly) Sapkin, Debbie (Howard Schiller), Gail (Mark Page), and Gary Letchinger. Proud Great Grandmother to many. Fond friend of Rita Bernstein and fond aunt and cousin to many. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jewish Children's Bureau, c/o: Jewish Federation of Chicago, 30 South Wells Street, Chicago, Il 60606.
